From my first contact with Brandon of Aerotek Environmental he was the most helpful of all that I had spoken to about my issue. In addition to giving a reasonable cost estimate, Brandon took the time to carefully explain the step by step remediation process that his company would provide which included digital photos before, during and on completion of work. Having decided to use Aerotech the process ran very smoothly from setting the schedule date through the actual work and payment for services. Communication with Brandon was excellent - If I called or sent a text Brandon would either promptly answer or respond in a very short time. On the scheduled day, Felix Castro (job foreman) and his team arrived on time. Felix explained in detail exactly what he and his team would be doing. "AMS is our HERO. The city sewer backed up and filled one third of our basement just before kickoff on Super Bowl Sunday. By halftime George had arrived. He calmly assessed the situation, and set up a time to return the following morning. His workers were polite, professional, and meticulous, and did an unbelievable job of cleaning up a horrible mess. By the end of the day the damaged items, sewage , and much of the smell was gone. Huge fans and a germ-killing ionizer ran for three days. When they were finished the floor was bone dry and absolutely clean. It occurred to us that the floor could not have been better cleaned if it were being prepped for painting. So we will be doing so.
