After struggling with various contractors who either failed to resolve our water issues or were unprofessional, DJ and his team truly stood out. DJ was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. Our home is a ranch with 225 linear feet around the perimeter, and while other contractors insisted on installing a French drain for the entire length, DJ recommended a more targeted approach. He proposed installing the French drain for just 80 linear feet, focusing only on the areas where water intrusion was likely. His thorough explanations and prompt responses to all our questions were greatly appreciated. The workers arrived on time, maintained a clean work environment, and completed the job as promised. His design was to insure the driest base environment to install a shed that will last far longer than other contractors I spoke with. I couldn't have been happier with my choice of C3. He and his crew were very professional and detailed in the work performed. Always on time and mindful of the surrounding work area and exceptionally detailed in their final cleanup of the site. The owner Thiago, who oversees the project, was a pleasure to work with -- never used any pressure tactics, was very responsive to any questions, and gave a fair price. The two craftsmen who did the work were amazing! They arrived promptly every day, worked extremely hard, and did absolutely beautiful work. They hauled away all the old materials and tidied everything up when the job was done. We definitely would hire them again for a future project and highly recommend them."
