"I hired Alliance to complete several jobs in my newly purchased home including: 1. bringing bathroom and kitchen plumbing up to code, 2. installing a garbage disposal and faucet, 3. installing a new toilet and fixing plumbing to toilet, and 4. multiple pinpoint leaks and pipe corrosion in the basement plumbing. At the end of the service, he walked through all of the fixes, went over the warranties associated with them, and ensured my satisfaction before processing payment. He was so impressive that another contractor working on the painting in my home asked him for Alliance's business card. Provided a recommendation for a replacement pool. Proceeded to remove the old pool and excavate the land in preparation for construction of the new pool. "His crew excavated the walk on one day and missed the next appointment. I did call Bob and he told me that all the excavation would be done and the job completed in a few days.  The crew came out two days later and jacked hammered the front of my drive way that was cracked in places.  The next day they poured the concrete and built back up my curb with which I was very pleased. If Bob would only call whenever he could not make his appointment and not wait for the customer to call it would have been a lot smoother.  The overall work was A+ and his crew answered all of my questions. Just a few things did not flow like placing any caution tape or cones at the sidewalk, I put my old sawhorse at each end and his crew did tie caution tape around them.  I did not want anyone to get hurt.
