I would easily hire JV Roofing again. They called to schedule an assessment and were very flexible with timing. Once John came out, he gave a clear report on what work needed to be done and a reasonable price, and did not try to nickel and dime me (like others quoted) for additional work - it was only was needed to fix the roof. I called to finalize, and he was able to get me onto schedule within a few days that aligned with my schedule and the weather. Work was done quickly and professionally, he showed me pictures of the the damage, what he did to resolve it, and told me to reach out if any issues. Fantastic service end to end.

Absolutely outstanding! We had a new roof put on about 3 years ago by another company and a few months ago we noticed water marks on an upstairs bedroom ceiling. It was eventually discovered the water was running down a pipe coming out of the roof and dripping on the ceiling. After two unsuccessful attempts to identify and fix the source of the problem by the company who originally did the roof instillation, we decided to go elsewhere and went with JV Roofing. Within minutes of getting up on the roof, John was able to identify the issue. I was not only impressed by John's knowledge but also his communication and obvious passion for what he does. John took the time to fully explain what caused the issue, what he did to fix it and why what he did was necessary all in language and terms someone who knows nothing about roofing can understand. I honestly felt that John treated our issue as if he was fixing his own roof and not just as a another job. recommend JV Roofing to anyone I know who is in need of roofing services.

It all started with a very polite and pleasant conversation to schedule an appointment. They were very accommodating as far as scheduling. They called the day before the appointment as a reminder and verification. They arrived on time for the appointment and was very professional. He wore booties covering his boots when entering the house and was cautious about keeping everything clean. The issue was assessed very quickly and I was given a very fair price. He was able to repair the roof on the spot in less than an hour. I recommend their service to anyone looking for anything involving roofing.

He is a young experienced person. When I explain him water is leaking, he climbed the roof and told me he knows from where water is leaking. Before JV roofing,I called big company but they can not tell me reasons for Leaking.
