He came and evaluated the situation, gave me an estimate on the spot and scheduled my job within a few weeks (unfortunately Hurricane Ida came in between). His crew did an amazing job. The crew arrived on time and proceeded to prep my basement with extreme care of my belongings, covering everything in plastic. They worked tirelessly for 2.5 days and completed all of the work ahead of schedule although they had some unexpected mechanical problems . They cleaned up and left my basement better than they found it. The crew worked like a well oiled machine and Bob was always available for my questions. He supplied and installed two supply lines for the faucet. The old valves were rusty and did not work like they used to. Alec said the old valves could leak in the future, and we did not want that to happen. They arrived on time and continued working until the job was complete."

They came out to my house and not only replaced the pipe that was cracked, provided recommendations to prevent this from happening again and also recommended a different valve that has a bleeder on it so that we can drain the pipe that wasy as well.
