"corrected problem by snaking pipe and changing pipe. clean neat, very satisfied and reasonable price"

"I hired Aqua Sewer & Drain to repair a leaking pipe under the slab of my home - by no means a simple job. Alec was clear with my repair options and the cost estimate. He and Jeff together were able to perform the entire repair process including removing and replacing the flooring, jackhammering the slab, and the leak repair itself. Throughout the process, they kept the work area neat and kept me updated on their status. Once the job was complete, it was as if there was never a trench in my living room. I was completely satisfied with their work and recommend Aqua Sewer & Drain."

"Put in a French drain and removed a lot of most walls. Done in a day! Great company, highly recommend!"

"Mr. Fixit/CNJ Home Services finished a master bathroom for us in July. From start to finish,. Rob was helpful in offering design suggestions as well as making sure his crew was here pretty much every day of the project. His workers are courteous and skilled and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. More recently, we had a burst pipe in the house and within 10 minutes of my frantic phone call, one of the crew was here to assess the damage. Within a day, walls were open to dry with fans, and within 5 days, sheetrock was replaced. While we have a long way to go to get the house back to where it was, this initial effort on their part made the trauma of this experience much easier to bear. Rob DiPiazza is one of the nice, honest guys. They are hard to find."

"Bob installed a French drain system for us I knew as soon as I spoke with him that he was the man for our job. He delivered everything he said he would do at a good price. His experience in the business definitely showed Give him a call!"

"Professional, informative, quality work. Had partial french drains and new sump pump installed. Highly recommend."

"Mike and his team were very knowledgeable, respectful, communicative and reliable. We recently moved into a house built in 1952 and never had to deal with the stress of a wet basement before. After Mike explained why my basement was leaking, it all made sense! They installed a French drain system in one day. I can now breathe easy and not stress out every time it rains! Looking forward to finishing the basement and having a gym! Thank you!"

"Professional, courteous, respectful, connected customer relationship and communication focused from first contact with owner Jake to administrator Amy to technician Robert. We received an email and a call from Amy notifying that Robert was on his way. Robert diagnosed the problems, described the solutions and made the repairs. Our clogged kitchen drain has been clear since his industrial snaking. And our "singing pipes" was actually a defective toilet closet mechanism which he replaced. He was the 3rd plumber we had in to fix the singing pipes and the only one who actually solved the problem. Robert was friendly, efficient and respectful leaving our place clean after his work. He was also willing to walk through the house to help us see if there was any other plumbing problems that needed repairing. We had pre-paid for an emergency/after hours visit which was higher than for regular hours. As it turned out, we ended up getting a regular hours timeslot due to a cancellation. The pre-payment was applied to the final bill collected by Robert at end of service, just as explained by Jake and confirmed by Amy. We will be calling Alliance Service Professionals again if/when we need plumbing done well by skillful and experienced professionals with respect for people and property."

"I found Blue Umbrella through a google search. I called and Tony responded right away with a date to check out the job and provide an estimate. He gave me an estimate the same day and the price was completely fair. I scheduled a full French drain installation for 2 weeks later. Six crew members arrived on time and finished the job pre inspection in 1 day. Post inspection, which easily passed, they came back the day after and finished in half day. They were all very polite and respectful to my family and home. French Drain Installation can be a dirty job but they managed to keep my home free of dust, bringing all equipment and materials thru the basement window. I now have a very clean and neat drain system with covered sumps and a single exit pipe. I highly recommend Blue Umbrella for any basement waterproofing needs, couldn't ask for better."

"Had basement french drains installed. Communication after the inspection/estimate was excellent. Gave me a start day and they arrived on time to get the job started. They protected my hardwood floors and thoroughly cleaned the floor once they were done. Time will tell if There are any problems with the drains."
