"Did not go well at all with Len the Plumber was over charged and feel scammed, Len the Plumber, Technician Len Feldman started approx. 12pm until 3pm most of time going over the cost, taking pictures and finding everything possible that needed to be done and presented 10-page contract. Len Feldman (Technican) assessed the problem that was a leaking outside faucet that he explained froze over the winter and needed to be replaced. While water was leaking he did not turn off the inside valve and requested to have water company (Trenton Water Works) come out and turn off water by the main water line. TWW came out several times but could not find the line and sent out a third construction worker to locate the water line. Meantime Len left his personal contact # and promised to return as soon as the main water line was shut off. When Water Works returned on 6/25 could not reach Len, but was able to locate the main water line Len finally called back and said it would be ok he would be able to turn the water off was currently in Mays Landing that is approx. 65 miles away and could not return 6/25 but would be at my home to complete the job 6/26 am. After 9am no call no Len, I called again several times when finally able to reach him at around 9:30am, said he spoke to Supervisor and could not do anything until the main water line was completely shut off. I called Len the Plumber office spoke to Office Manager Cathy#610-616-3377 she said would try to get someone out asap, by later in the afternoon no return call from Cathy. At this point and 2 days later for an emergency it was time to find another Plumber and I cancelled everything at Len the Plumber. The Plumber came out Friday 6/27 completed the entire job within 1 hour, turned off the inside valve connected to the outside leak immediately as well as water to install the same job Len the Plumber contracted to do that, Len said would take at least 6 hours. Main Water Line never had to be touched!!! I am appalled with Len the Plumber that I could trust thru Angi's List with a good reliable repetition. This company had no consideration about leaving me and my family including my 88-year-old handicapped mother without running water for days, all he was concerned about was how much commission he could make off someone in a vulnerable situation."

"Lesson learned. Always get an estimate. BEFORE the work is done. At least a digital copy. Arrangements for the project were made, with some one named Lynn, for the company to send someone to complete the work. We were quoted over the phone 4500-5000 which included a mold test. A sub contractor with an entirely different company (National Mold Company) was sent. When the contractor arrived, he stated that the job would be much more simpler than first thought. This led us to believe that the job would cost less, no. All said and done, they charged $5500. All said and done, it's almost like no work was done. The stains and the smell are still there. Only one actual board was taken upon the attic room. The ceiling in the bedroom was primed and painted but are still visible and have a funky smell. At this point I'm going to. Do what we should have done; Do the job ourselves. Just now with $5500 less dollars in our pockets. A detailed receipt was not given even though it was requested."

"Hubert Construction performed large scale construction/ additions to my home in 2022 and 2024. I had a large addition done in 1998, which I only wish could have been Hubert Construction. It left much to be desired. I watched Hubert work on another house nearby and was impressed. The 2 jobs that they did for me, were absolutely impeccable. "They truly live by the code of "you get what you paid for". The price was cheaper than expected (and they included a free estimate too). So ultimately, our slow bathtub drain was cleared. However, the technician had terrible housekeeping. After stripping the caulking around the overflow valve, they left the caulking pieces in the bathtub and told us to flush them down the drain (?!). They said the provided bio solution would clear the pieces just fine...but why do that when a trash can is less than a foot away?? Then, they did not offer to reseal the valve they just opened...just left a mess for us to pick up. As such, we will not be using them again next time...free estimate or not. If we wanted the bare minimum, we would have done it ourselves."

In addition to giving a reasonable cost estimate, Brandon took the time to carefully explain the step by step remediation process that his company would provide which included digital photos before, during and on completion of work. Having decided to use Aerotech the process ran very smoothly from setting the schedule date through the actual work and payment for services. Communication with Brandon was excellent - If I called or sent a text Brandon would either promptly answer or respond in a very short time. On the scheduled day, Felix Castro (job foreman) and his team arrived on time. Felix explained in detail exactly what he and his team would be doing. On completion of the work, Felix ensured that all debris was removed and provided full details as to what had been done and what he and his team found to be the most likely area of the leak. I am very satisfied with the entire process of working with Brandon who along with Felix and his team provided excellent customer service and would not hesitate to call in again should the need arise. I would highly recommend Brian and Aerotek Environmental to anyone in need of mold remediation services"
