After Sandy in Princeton, New Jersey, a father and son armed with their camping axes took to the streets of their neighborhood to assist in clearing downed trees from across driveways. What started as an act of service quickly grew into a passion. Princeton Tree Care was formed in 2013, set on becoming one of New Jersey's premier tree care services. The quote from PTC wasnt the lowest, but it served the trees and landscape better than any of the others. The crew was prompt, friendly and professional. They treated my yard respectfully, were super fast, and did a great job on the removal and pruning, and left the yard looking better than when they arrived. I cannot recommend Princeton Tree Care enough."

Sami inspected the situation, provided a competitive bid and was able to come out within a week. The crew arrived on-time, walked the property with us to confirm which trees and the work required. They spent the full day on-site, checked in along the way to make sure we were happy with the progress and gladly trimmed a few extra branches as requested. When they were done, the trees looked healthier and all debris was removed. I am recommending them to a couple neighbors and would definitely use Sami again."

"The tree was removed but the experience was not pleasant. On the day before the tree removal, the USAF person said if I wanted them to take away the debris, they would charge more. If they left them along the curb, there would be no extra charge. So I asked them to leave the debris along the curb. However, township refused to collect the debris because the trunk diameter is bigger than 6". I then contacted USAF, asking them why they didn't cut the trunk into smaller ones. The same USAF person said, "sorry, we can't change the diameter of the tree". While I didn't know the township regulation, I assumed they as professionals should know it. If township doesn't collect the debris, why leave them there? In sum, my experience w/ USAF is that other than money, they have very low (if any) interest in customer experience. I am giving them a D because of their poor customer service."
