When my septic system failed and backed up into my house, Garrett from Brookfield Septic left his child’s baseball game on a Sunday and arrived within an hour. He dug by hand to unclog the main line and got things under control right away. Ultimately, my system needed full replacement, which was overwhelming financially, but Garrett guided me through applying with Connecticut Green Bank. With financing through Core Plus Credit Union, the process was seamless, and the bank paid Brookfield Septic directly. The installation was handled professionally, on time, and with great respect for my property. Garrett and his crew went above and beyond during a very stressful time, and I now have a reliable new septic system. Fantastic company!!!! Unfortunately I had to replace my septic field (old one was failing). They came out, inspected and provided me my options. They took of everything from permitting to final as built. Proposal was very detailed, there were no surprises or hidden extra costs. Great communication, arrived and performed the work as promised. Super happy with the work, and would highly recommend them. I will switch to them for regular septic tank maintenance moving forward.

Very good at explaining everything they were doing

I had another septic company come to out house and gave me misinformation, which is what caused our smelly situation. Garrett called me on a Sunday and I could tell he was very knowledgeable. He came Monday morning and solved the problem immediately.

Amazing! I called them the evening before I was supposed to have my septic tank inspected (my other guy canceled) and knowing my urgency they came out the next morning. They installed new septic system on very challenging plot. Didn't penny pinch for a few items that popped up during the installation and threw a freebie of leveling driveway extension free of charge. Left backyard in a better shape than when they started. Great value

Brookfield septic put in a new larger septic tank and a grey water system. They were very efficient and so easy to deal with, having to have the work done put me in a stressful situation but Garrett came in, got the work done neatly and in no time, stress gone! Their years of experience show through in their knowledge of project planning as well as knowledge of neighborhoods they work in. As a coincidence, we found out that this is the company that also did a repair on the home we just purchased before the closing and we couldn’t be happier with the work that was done there as well.
