Our primary bedroom is above the garage and even though we have a newer home, you can feel cold air coming thru the floor.  It's the coldest room in the house by far.  Ed's team came in and placed foam insulation in the garage ceiling.  He gave us $100 off for Angies list discount which was nice.  They cleaned up well when done.  Now that it's warm out I can't grade the quality of the work until winter again because I won't know till then if its helping with the problem.  I will come back and update then.  We had been quoted over $6000 by another company to do the work so hopefully this works and comes in far cheaper.

"I reached Out to Mr. Alonzo on January 24th and he responded almost immediately that evening.He came out and inspected the project the following Friday morning and i had a quote that afternoon. Considering the work needed and the fact that it was a pick up of an already started project he was very detailed on the expectations and costs. His first crew was there the following Tuesday and i could immediately tell that Mr. Alonzos' people were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Within a week i was ready for paint in both rooms and i was extremely satisfied in the work his finisher Manuel was able to accomplish considering the deformations in the structure. "Their work and professionalism were top-notch. The inspection turned up problems in both the crawlspace and attic, but the attic problem is related to a roofing issue. Rather than do a "patch job" there that would have required re-doing in the near future, Restore You gave the honest evaluation that the roofing work needed to be done first so their remediation work would hold up. They will return when the roofing is done. In the meantime, they completed mold remediation and full insulation in the crawlspace, and even worked through the weekend to get the job done."

"Person who visited was very polite and noted that what I purchased was likely not something that would meet my expectations.  I wanted an energy audit, how my systems could be improved in home, lighting, heating, insulation and air conditioners.  What I got was a list of things they could work on and the price to do that work.  The work list in no way was considered an energy audit, rather it was a punch list of things I could do based on their visual inspection.  I did not have a comparison of work and benefit/savings calculation.  There was no checklist of inefficiencies and how that translated into energy losses. For example, multiple hi hat lights in house, they spoke about boxing and insulating a few, less than 10, when I have almost 90 in house.  Overall I was disappointed, the tech who came said the offering needed to be better presented prior to start of work."

CleanSpace came and cleaned and disposed of all of the soiled insulation and sanitized the space before installing new and better insulation . The work was done quickly and as described, I would recommend them for anyone in a similar situation!"

"They were professional and on time. They cared about our house and put down tarps and stuff to walk on. They did an excellent job on the installation and were helpful in explaining how the system worked. They went over all the components that they installed. From what I can tell, they did a neat job. They had to break a window to vent to the outside. They didn't clean up the broken glass on the outside of the house, but it was probably just an oversight."
