Gave him the ok and he got started that night, in doing so found the blockage was because the chimney had completely collapsed. Him and his crew came back the next day and unclogged and resealed the chimney. Everything was done very timely and professional"

"AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS !!!!! 1. They told me that the rust on the back of the firebox is from water running down the chimney into the firebox. WRONG. There is no water intrusion. If there was water to cause that amount of rust, there would be puddles, and there is no water. The rust is from the high heat and an old steel firebox. 2. AGGRESSIVE push for a special cap/damper to be installed in the top of the chimney. the current damper is just fine. 3. AGGRESSIVE push to replace the caps, which are just fine. 4. After cleaning the chimney/firebox, he sprayed a petroleum based cleaner on the stone hearth and has probable stained it. 5. Not too mention that they showed up 4 hours late, the guy who came into the house REEKED of cigarettes, they other guy stood by the truck arguing with someone on the phone. RUN AWAY, RUN FAST, RUN FAR FAR away from these people."

"We hired this contractor almost a year ago to do various projects. The work was supposed to be finished in 10 days according to the contract. We are here almost a year later and there is still work that is unfinished. I paid Martin before all of the work was completed, and I can’t get ahold of him to finish the work now. The pipe still hasn’t been cut, and there is still a huge piece of concrete in our side yard. I’m not sure what to do now."
