"I had used Platinum Pro Chimney a year ago for a wood fireplace chimney cleaning and they had found some repairs needed. They installed a new stainless steel liner in my chimney and made some crown repairs. They had told me that the warranty on the liner was only valid if their company performed annual cleaning. This year, I recently reached out to schedule a cleaning and found that the company does not respond to email or answer the phone. Their voice mailbox is full so I can't leave a message. Also, their website is not functional. This provider may be out of business. This review is in regard to recent efforts to contact the company for additional services and not the work performed in 2023."

"We hired this contractor almost a year ago to do various projects. The work was supposed to be finished in 10 days according to the contract. We are here almost a year later and there is still work that is unfinished. I paid Martin before all of the work was completed, and I can’t get ahold of him to finish the work now. The pipe still hasn’t been cut, and there is still a huge piece of concrete in our side yard. I’m not sure what to do now."
