"When Mr. DeBenedetto and his crew arrived, I showed him the corner of the garage that I had forgotten to show him on his first visit, where there was some sort of a drainage issue that had evolved over time. He was able to give me an adjusted price on the spot to replace the apron of the garage, re-angled to an existing drain. When the crew broke through the old apron of the garage, they found that water from the broken drain had eroded quite a bit of the earth and timber supporting the corner. Mr. DeBenedetto prescribed filling the void with concrete, and was able to adjust his price a third time to include the new materials. When all was said and done (over 2 days), Mr. DeBenedetto and his crew completed two major jobs, one completely unanticipated (not in the original price) in a quite reasonable amount of time for a very fair price. The workmanship of the masonry and drainage work is excellent. The crew was pleasant and obvioulsy quite skilled. Overall an excellent outcome to major work. "Prior to these guys saving our property, we foolishly hired an under-qualified contractor to install a large patio and retaining wall system. It turned out to be a never ending nightmare from the start that left us with pooling water everywhere, mud leaking thru walls and stairs that were falling apart. We hired Classical Pavers to hopefully resolve all our issues, and boy did they deliver. These guys are true landscape engineers! They uprooted the previously installed pavers, flawlessly re-pitched and graded the base, planned for all the possible drainige issues that might come up, and completely cleaned the pavers and property of any remnants of their work.
