He was able to identify problems with our existing sump pit and corrected them. He also identified the fact that the sump pit was not in the lowest point of our foundation and installed a second sump pit and pump there. "Prior to these guys saving our property, we foolishly hired an under-qualified contractor to install a large patio and retaining wall system. It turned out to be a never ending nightmare from the start that left us with pooling water everywhere, mud leaking thru walls and stairs that were falling apart.
