"We had a water feature at our catering hall that wasn't working properly if at all. Devin came out and accessed the situation and made recommendations for the repairs required to put the waterfall back into operation.
Devin went above and beyond to make sure the problem was resolved and wouldn't reoccur.
His pricing was competitive and when the final invoice was produced, he was well within the limits of his estimate.
He even helped select the right LED lights to make the fountain "pop".
He arrived on time for his estimate and repairs. He didn't leave a mess and cleaned up after himself.

Lily Pad was founded in 1995 and incorporated in 2001 by our founder Robert W. Bellek. He had a vision to design and create water gardens, water features, ponds, waterfalls, streams, fountains, and natural pools with a combination of his unique creativity and using Mother Nature's beauty as a guide. Bringing water to the landscape by protecting the integrity of the land and the environment was his key to success. This simple formula and the commitment to provide the very best craftsmanship and use of the highest quality materials on the market today have made us the best in the water feature industry to date.
"I had framing issues re-corrected on a new construction 2 family dwelling. Terry and his framer "Brasil" did quality work by re-framing the ceiling and the arch on the 2nd floor balcony. They did structural repairs and corrections since the previous framers botched up the house. Terry was responsive and helpful throughout the whole ordeal. I would definitely recommend TMC Construction for general contracting issues. They do neat and quality work at a reasonable price. Also, it is a plus that he is aware and knowledgeable with the framing codes Jersey City enforces. He made sure everything was done correctly for the framing to pass inspection. "
"Dave figured out the best solution. He and his worker dug the trenches and covered the pipes with the patches of grass after they installed the pipes, pump, & pop-up drain. It was a very professional job and works great so far. I have not seen the yard flooded since he did this work. He kept in touch with me by phone and email since I was not there the whole time as it is my summer home. This is the third time I had Dave back to do work. I had major damage from Hurricane Sandy and on 4/13/13 he also did work for me. He worked in my crawl space. He replaced insulation, cleaned joists with an antimicrobial agent and then painted them with antimold resistant paint, replaced a vapor barrier, installed a sump pump, repaired foundation vents, and filled cracks in my foundation. All for a resonable price! Dave is honest, fair and very professional. He always returns my calls in a timely manner. I will call on him again for future work. "

When deep cleaning your koi pond, transfer fish to a clean, uncontaminated container at least one foot deep, like a large bucket, tub, or kiddie pond. Fill the container with their existing pond water to avoid shocking them, and place the container in full or partial shade. When it’s time to reintroduce them into the pond, slowly add the new water to the container before adding the fish and container water back into the pond.
