"Steven & the other worker were polite, respectful, and the work they did on my pool was good, but I ended up paying $178 to have my pool opened, but the water was dark and no shock etc was put in to be able to use the pool. I explained to HomeAdvisor & to them that my husband who passed away did that for us, so I don t know how to or what to buy to finish getting the pool open for my kids. He said I needed to buy and put in some things everyday for a few days then take it to get the water checked. Basically, I just wanted to pay, have everything done and be able to have the pool ready to be used. Now I have a pool without the cover, that s it. Now what?"

"A tree fell into our in ground pool- the liner was ripped and all of the water in the pool was gone! The pool remained empty during the fall and winter months, creating a real mess. The severe weather left the bottom of our pool filled with leaves and mud- a real mess! It was too much for my husband to handle. I contacted Mirage pools. Mike came out gave us an estimate to remove the debris, replace the liner and install a winter cover at the end of the summer, Mike never wavered from his original price quote despite the complicated clean up he encountered. He was always professional, always on time and was in constant communication via phone or text. Our pool liner was installed and it is absolutely beautiful. We also needed a new filter, a cost that I did not expect! Mike installed the new filter and allowed me to pay off the cost of the filter over 2 months. Where do you find service like this? Since this was my first encounter, Bill asked the necessary basic questions before commencing work. At the end of the opening, Bill reviewed a few minor adjustments on the pool pump which would be followed-up on a later visit (He did so the next day). I have hired one other pool company for 15 years that went out of business, and have found a new one hopefully for the next 15."
