Compared to numerous hot tub repairs I had experienced/endured with other company all these years, Mr. Sergie's service (from the beginning to the end) is excellent - on time, responsible, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience from start to finish! Sergey sent a text to alert me that he was sitting in traffic despite the fact that he arrived at 9:30 for an appointment scheduled for between 9 and 9:30. He put on booties prior to entering my home and was meticulously clean, neat and organized throughout the entire repair. Boy, did he know his stuff and he was prepared with all parts necessary for the repair. He clearly explained everything he was doing and did it with skill and proficiency. The repair was completed to my total satisfaction in about 1 hour. 5 stars for Sergey!
