He was very efficient and knowledgeable about the situation and took care explain what he was doing and why. He had all of the tools necessary and went right to work and completed the job effectively and professionally. After totally cleaning up, he brought us in to inspect his work and explain the process. "Santos and Scott were incredible. They came over to my house at approximately 2 pm. Our new attic ceiling stairs were put up by 5:30. That includes, estimate, picking up stairs and trim work, instalation, cleanup and out the door with a fantastic more than fair price! Santos and Scott were professional, friendly. Courteous, knowledgeable and just wonderful young men! I called RMA at 1 pm. They came by 2 on the same day. They looked at each other and said " let's knock this project out now" ! And they did. He improved our original design and made numerous suggestions during the construction process. He understood our vision of the porch and he delivered. From start to finish Scott and his work crew were always on time, polite, professional, and cleaned up the area before departing every day. I was on site watching and taking photos. So I can attest to the craftmanship and attention to detail of the crew. Every day I was informed of their plans and then I provided my thoughts, ideas, and concerns.
