"Santos and Scott were incredible. They came over to my house at approximately 2 pm. Our new attic ceiling stairs were put up by 5:30. That includes, estimate, picking up stairs and trim work, instalation, cleanup and out the door with a fantastic more than fair price! Santos and Scott were professional, friendly. Courteous, knowledgeable and just wonderful young men! I called RMA at 1 pm. They came by 2 on the same day. They looked at each other and said " let's knock this project out now" ! And they did. He improved our original design and made numerous suggestions during the construction process. He understood our vision of the porch and he delivered. I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. My dad is the owner of the house, but he put me there. I'm the one that got the contractor and everything, and I'm telling you it's. It looks like it was this way originally, like it grew there. I can't say enough about how great it was because we had to deal with discontinued products. And I was, now, there were a little bit of obstacles that we had to get over, but it was just, everything was done, and to complete satisfaction. I had called her because I wanted to keep it local, you know I called the contractor right in town here. On the other side of the island, northwell, and he didn't show up. And anyway, this person is Fred Quigley. He was the most personable. Response like that, and I was just like I was already sold, but then you know I could tell he knew what he was doing.
