"Requested a quote for a new bathroom installed in the basement. The plumber showed up. took notes and said he will discuss it with his manager and then send a quote over. Never heard back. Send an email reminder, still no one ever got back. Talked to a guy on the phone who said will figure it out and get back to me. No body every did. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER. HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE."
