"One Way, did not provide this person with service it was another Company. This job was completed over 3 years ago a bathroom conversion and just recently she calls me because the actual contractor that was contracted to do the job told her to call me. We never had a contractor with her, she did not pay us any money so how can she accused us of the leak that she is having. I would understand a couple of months down the line or up to a year, but 3 years after the project was completed she is claiming warranty. The contractor she hired is the person responsible not us. Please remove this review because as far as we see it this is slander."
