"I called E&G Exterminators because we had yellow jacket bees in our house. I called and they came out right away. Their technician, Marco, was very polite and professional. The bees got in where the brick and the siding meet in the front of the house and ate their way through the wall. Over 500 yellow jackets killed."

However, an important part of a Solar installation in NJ is the registration of solar certificates - which pays back part of the installation costs by earning and selling those certificates. The registration was part of the contract with the company. 1.5 years after the installation this registration has still not been completed - costing us thousands of dollars per year. We have been following up with the company regularly over this entire time and received numerous (false) confirmations that this will now be fixed within the next days. In the meantime the registration period for the more favorable SRECs has run out and the best we can hope for is a registration under TREC - this will result in a minimum loss of around 8'000 USD for us. The company ensured us in writing they would compensate us for this loss, but has failed to do so as well as continuous to fail to register us at all. The office staff and owner have stopped reacting to our calls and emails and are even not answering a complaint we have filed with the Better Business Bureau. The total financial damage we are facing is at the moment around 20'000 USD."
