Great. Brandon was very nice and was kind enough to explain how the ants would respond to the treatment. It worked just as he said it would, and without noxious chemicals. I highly recommend Eco Friends!

Austin took care of my house in CT since Eco Friends was first established. He is professional, knowledgeable, just a great person to talk to, and cares passionately about his company, products, and service. Simply stated, he's honest and you can trust him. As his business was growing, his cousin, Brandon, would come to the house. I can use the same words as I did with Austin to describe him. I consider them more like friends than people who provided a service for me. I recently moved out of state, but I can assure you, if Austin operated a business here in NJ - I'd be his first customer, for sure. They've handled routine pest calls (mice, spiders) to more serious ones (bees, wasps). They were always punctual and got the job done. To be honest, in the 6+ years I lived in that house, I can count on one hand the number of spiders I had to kill on my own thanks to the service Austin's company provided. You'll be in good hands with Austin and his team. I can't say enough great things about this company. *Note: I can't remember what I paid for the annual service contract so I put the amount in that I paid when they came to do the regular maintenance service. Well worth the cost!

It went very well. The service man was professional, punctual and personable. I will use him again.

They set traps and come out periodically to check. They come right out, always on time, very convenient, always do a good job, very nice people, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Everything was easy, just had to move all the stuff in the barn/garage away from the walls. Spraying took about an hour. Warrantied and if the beetles persist, they will come back for free.

Prompt. Efficient. Got rid of problem with no harmful chemicals. Their system really works. Owner very knowledgable. Workers very pleasant. All online so no paperwork. I highly recommend.

It was fine. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would do. Also, they will come back for free if anything comes up before the next scheduled treatment.

It worked. As instructed, the problem abated partially at first, and fully at the 2 week mark. The representative initially contact certainly appeared knowledgeable, and was happy to discuss the science of their (and quot;eco-friendlyand quot;) trade.

We are in the middle of trying to solve a problem that no one else has been able to solve. So, I don't know the outcome yet, but I wanted to commend Austin and his company for responsiveness, for caring, and committing an enormous amount of time to try to solve the problem. Also for their intelligence, kindness and support. Whatever happens next, I will always be grateful for his caring and interest. He has been absolutely terrific, I couldn't ask for better service. Austin was professional and courteous and very thorough. He inspected the house from basement to rafters and explained everything he found in detail. He was very knowledgeable and provided me insight into issues that were present and that I should watch out for in the future. I would definitely call on him if I needed pest control in the future.

They are just a very good company and we've been very pleased with their service.

They are willing to come when you call without an additional charge. They are very accommodating. They also put on shoe covers when they enter into our home.

I started using their service for ticks and an ant problem that has been on going. They have the set schedule but if there is an issue they will come out when you call. They spray our wooded area and around our home. I am happy with the service and I haven't seen a tick on our dogs in over a month.
