Called another company in the AM and had received no return call by early afternoon. Then called Gray Brothers and Eric got back to me within 30 minutes. He promised to get to the house that day but wanted to wait for another person as back up, since we thought we were dealing with a squirrel. When he was unable to bring in back up, he called again to say he would come out on his own because he had promised same-day service. Fortunately the interloper was not a squirrel but a pigeon. Eric efficiently and expertly removed the unhappy bird, took it to the front porch and set it free. No muss, no fuss. He even replaced the fireplace screen.

Woodchucks were becoming a major problem for us because they were digging through our stone walls and close to the foundation of our house. We knew we had a big problem but weren't sure what to do about it because friends and family had all told us that woodchucks were near impossible to trap. Still, looking for a humane alternative, I called  Gray Brother's Wildlife.
Within 4 hours of setting the first traps, two kits were captured! All in all 6 animals were removed and relocated. I want to stress that the team at Gray Brother's went above and beyond what they had to in order to ensure the wildlife was quickly and humanely transported to their new home. I would call them again without hesitation and have already recommended them to family and friends.

Eric was great! We had a woodchuck that decided he wanted to live under our front concrete steps...digging holes near the foundation. Eric explained everything that he would be doing. He was very patient with all the questions I had. On the second day we had success. Eric came right away and took the woodchuck to his new home! I highly recommend Eric and his company. I give him an A+++ for customer service!

Our neighbor worked with us to get rid of this problem. Eric worked with both of us, setting traps in each of our yards. Over a week or two, he was able to catch them and safely remove them to a new location far from our house.

The guy was helpful and gave my husband great recommendations to prevent pest problems in the future.

Eric answered my call on a Sunday morning regarding the raccoon who had gotten trapped in my garage and had hidden in a hole in the ceiling. Eric explained the options and when I said that I had put out a trap he recommended waiting a day to see if the animal was caught. I called him the next day when my trap failed (too small), he set two traps and the raccoon was caught by 9 pm that night. He returned in the morning and release the raccoon for me in the woods in my yard. Eric was pleasant, gave me advice without trying to sell services that I might not need, and when I did need him was prompt and professional. I was very happy to find someone who helped me to catch and release the raccoon. I would definitely use him again.

They gave it 100% effort but not ultimately the result I had hoped for. Owner sympathized with my disappointment and charged me a reasonable fee. They were very nice people and I would use them again.

My wife discovered an odor coming from our living room and was able to narrow it down to the chimney. After calling several pest control service providers, we decided to go with Gray Brothers because 1) Eric Gray was very responsive getting back, 2) was able to perform same day services (good to note this service was done after 5PM on a Friday) and 3) offered very quick and competitive pricing. The Gray Brothers team arrived promptly and performed the dead animal removal services quickly and professionally. Overall experience was excellent.
