Bathroom was completed gutted to the studs. Come to find carpenter ants and termites were at work. Plus there was a leaky pipe behind wall and from the attic exhaust vent. Informed to contact Pest Control Company to eliminate the issue now and going forward in the future. Once pest were under control contractor began working his magic in properly repairing rotted studs and flooring from under the tub and toilet. Day by day I would see great progress, improvement to the work area, and consultation on next steps. Materials were gathered via contractor course there was a cost but well worth it. Made my life easier to manage without having to halt them getting to the finish line. When it came to finish product I was astonished to the fantastic results. The bathroom was completely unrecognizable from before and now, amazing beautiful work. I will have F&S Construction come back when ready to remodel my kitchen next.
Overall I would definitely recommend F&S construction to family and friends for their professionalism, expertise, and customer satisfaction.
