As working parents, we rely on Maggi to help us keep our house shiny and clean. She is prompt, on time, and my house is always beautiful after she leaves (even with my 2 shedding cats, she somehow cleans all the cat hair)! Maggie and I spoke for about 15 mins when we first met, and I explained everything we needed - moving into a new house that had renovations done so needed a really good cleaning. She assured me that she and her crew were the best people for the job and that she would clean everything perfectly. I told her exactly the square footage, rooms, bathrooms, etc and that it was a big job. She said no problem and we agreed on a price. She said she was a good Christian lady and would even bring us an easter basket! We were not living in the house at the time. I texted her the day before and she confirmed again that they were coming and told me a time range. She then called me the day of, asked how to get into the house and said she would be done soon. My family and I arrived there a few hours later and the house was completely untouched and no one was there. She wouldn’t answer my calls or texts and TOTALLY stood us up without any notice. AND she now knows how to get into my house.

No quality in anything they did. Shower floor not cleaned & up he woman left the he shower door off the rail. Expected a better cleaning of the kitchen floor (grout). They insisted on making my bed & couldn’t even do that right!! Also was asked to pay $20 more than agreed upon.

After they leave, my home is always spotless. From vacuuming lots of cat hair (2 cats), dusting, bathroom/kitchen deep cleaning, and overall tidying, I can always count on them to do a great job. Over 7 years I have seen them do an amazing job! I’m a caregiver and anytime they’ve come to clean my clients home, it’s always even better than they left. They are so amazing with pets too! Have even helped care for them while my client was away for vacation. This isn’t just another cleaning business, it’s a family business. Maggie is excellent! We have worked with her for over a year now. Does a great job at deep cleaning especially bathrooms, kitchen, and floors. We have pets and she makes sure the floors to couches are spotless/pet hair free before she leaves. In addition to the great service she provides, Maggie is also very friendly and trustworthy. The girls are absolutely wonderful! I can’t imagine ever hiring anyone else. They were beyond professional and incredibly friendly right down to being sweet with my dog! Such wonderful little details like doing the dishes left and arranging my kids stuffed animals when I only expected the basics. Do yourself a favor and bring these girls in for your regular cleanings, you won’t be sorry!
