Hector, the owner, came out with two of his crew members the day before the 4th of July to replace both my AC and furnace. They arrived right at 8am and worked nonstop until 6:30pm to make sure everything was done perfectly. Throughout the job, they found a few unexpected issues, but Hector and his team kept me informed the entire time and handled everything with professionalism and care. I was so impressed by their hard work, attention to detail, and clear communication. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and dedicated HVAC company, I highly recommend VIP HVAC. "After I posted my initial reviews, the owners of Air Temp Service Co. (Mario and Lori) reached out to me, and wanted to make it right. They are a family owned business, and proud of the work they do.We talked about the issues with our interactions with their company. After some additional research, I agree that the Nest Thermostat does need a common wire, and its beneficial that we had it installed. The other issues were due to the technician that was working with us at that time. That technician was removed from the company a few weeks after the work at my house was complete. The technician was responsible for the up charge on service, and pushing us to replace the CPU for our central AC (this should have been communicated as being the worst case scenario instead of the first step to fix the issue).The outside unit which was the main job I contracted Air Temp Service Co. for was installed cleanly and quickly. It was good work. They have also removed the technician who caused my family so much grief. I would say if you are a potential new customer they are worth giving a shot. They will take care of the job, and if you do have an issue they will make it right."

"AC was blowing air thatâ s not cooling. Hired Ray to find out the problem and ended up replacing the coil. Most likely the best HVAC pro you can ask for around the area. Professional, responsive, accommodating and transparent. Not the cheapest but you get your moneyâ s worth 100% maybe 120%. Would highly recommend."

"I spoke with Jorge about a gas leak coming from my furnace. He was so honest with me and recommended that I call the utility company to come fix it instead. PSEG came within an hour and fixed it for free. I had another company come out yesterday and they told me that I needed to change the gas value, so Jorge was able to save me hundreds of dollars. "First Alfano Mechanical Inc. came to my home, said they would do the job and called the office told them to get me on the schedule ASAP. Gave me a price per hour. Well he never called back to this day. Would not recommend them to no one. Job was to HARD for them. Also I had my AC on my worry free with PSEG and they made me take it off because they would not work on my unit in the tight spot that it was installed in my attic 11 years ago. SO WITH THAT BEING SAID: Celestial Air HVAC called when I first contacted Home Advisor and after not hearing back from Alfano(which I would not have hired because they didn t live up to anything he said while here), I called Celestial(and so glad I did) and they came the next day, said it was a hard job and a mess but nothing they couldn t handle. Anthony and Gus came the next day worked their butts off and I have my central air conditioning working right after 11 years. Great price and did over and above what was told to me in the beginning. I would recommend them to everyone and give them a 5 *****. We are very Happy People now. 👍👍😊😊"
