Ray's knowledge and experience shined through as he worked on my air conditioner. He was able to give me detailed information on my unit's current and expected performance as well as operational knowledge for me to know should I ever have another AC tech look at my system some time in the future. In other words, Ray gave me info that will help me sniff out scammers who would overcharge and/or won't provide me with the repair service expect. My unit is now working better than it ever has considering I bought my home with it already in place. It also don't hut that he is very easy going and professional.
