"After I posted my initial reviews, the owners of Air Temp Service Co. (Mario and Lori) reached out to me, and wanted to make it right. They are a family owned business, and proud of the work they do.We talked about the issues with our interactions with their company. After some additional research, I agree that the Nest Thermostat does need a common wire, and its beneficial that we had it installed. The other issues were due to the technician that was working with us at that time. That technician was removed from the company a few weeks after the work at my house was complete. The technician was responsible for the up charge on service, and pushing us to replace the CPU for our central AC (this should have been communicated as being the worst case scenario instead of the first step to fix the issue).The outside unit which was the main job I contracted Air Temp Service Co. for was installed cleanly and quickly. It was good work. They have also removed the technician who caused my family so much grief. I would say if you are a potential new customer they are worth giving a shot. They will take care of the job, and if you do have an issue they will make it right."

"I spoke with Jorge about a gas leak coming from my furnace. He was so honest with me and recommended that I call the utility company to come fix it instead. PSEG came within an hour and fixed it for free. I had another company come out yesterday and they told me that I needed to change the gas value, so Jorge was able to save me hundreds of dollars. If I ever have any future HVAC issues, I will definitely trust Challenger to do the right thing and not scam me. Thank you so much!!"

"No 1 Cleaners were very professional and did a good job of cleaning our air conditioning ducts and vents. Carlos was knowledgable and did a through job. However, there was one thing that we did not like. While angi said that the initial quotation was FREE, No Cleaners said that if they came to provide a quote and we decide not to proceed with the work, we needed to pay $99 as fee for inspection. This was a bit disturbing as others did not charge for the visit and initial quote. I would recommend No 1 Cleaners as they were were professional and executed very well."
