Our good fortune was getting Maynor, a highly talented carpenter, who constructed and installed the door, which is quite attractive. The installation was tricky because the 90 year-old frame was not perfectly squared but he managed to get the right fit. Mahogany was used for the door frame and safety glass for the insert. I opted not to have a screen insert, so the glass is a permanent fixture."

He was able to accommodate me and schedule me on the date that worked for me. John Witkowski was the handyman Ron sent over. John arrived on time and went right to work after we discussed the times. John is also extremely friendly and very knowledgable. He did all the jobs requested in a very reasonable amount of time. As someone who is not very handy, I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Handyman and John."

After reading the comments and reviews, I arranged a personal meeting with Mike Melia for my bathroom renovation. Mike responded quickly to evaluate and explore and explain the best options while taking into consideration my handicaps. Throughout the project there was much infrastructure from prior work performed and existing conditions. Mike addressed all structural problems, plumbing and electrical repairs including a new sub panel. He replaced the framing, insulation, drywall, drop ceiling, and associated trim and molding. He also corrected some structural problems that were uncovered at the same time, and rebuilt the handrails and banisters on the staircase. All in all, it was a great job and completed in a timely manner. Highly recommended."

"My parents and I live in a old brick apartment building in Hoboken that is from the 1880s. The bathroom in our apartment had not been updated since the 1940s. We needed help ASAP. We checked out Cesar s page and wanted to hire him immediately. The reviews speak for themselves. When he came into our apartment to give us a quote we knew that this was contractor we needed to get the job done. Cesar is affordable, friendly, and very accommodating to any issues or concerns you have before starting the project. Two massive issues with our project were that my dad has spinal & walking issues, so we needed the floors clear of all tools and materials at the end of the each day so that father could walk efficiently through the apartment. The other big issue was that we only have 1 bathroom, so Cesar agreed to work with us on pulling the toilet off and on as every day finished so that we did not have to leave our building to use the toilet. Him and his crew are the best and take pride in their work so that owner is happy with the final result. We brought the bathroom down to the bare bones and rebuilt it back up. I worked with him every step of the way to make sure that he needed all materials to get the job done in the time we needed. This project was an intense remodel with some of the hardest demo and substrate materials that an old bathroom can have. He didn t think anything of it. He has veteran experience in the field and this remodel only took 3 weeks. We are very impressed with Cesar s craftsmanship and professionalism and we will be hiring him again for any future interior projects."

Carlos is a true professional from being on time for the appraisal, setting up the off-site appointment to choose the pavers, to having his team finish the job 2 days earlier because of a threat of bad weather. The team was very detailed and I so happy he suggested adding the lights around the edges and on the stairs. I am looking forward to hanging out in the backyard on my new patio all summer long!"
