"I used this plumbing service for a simple clogged shower drain - something that should've been fixed quickly using a snake. The plumber came out and was clearly having trouble with the snake, but kept forcing it through the drain. The next thing I know he yelled to me that he pulled out insulation. He had went through my pipes with the snake. He called his boss and he showed up to fix the problem, which he did, but not without having to put a large hole in my wall. This was done on a Friday and they said they could come back Monday to fix the hole. Come Monday they cancelled and rescheduled to Wednesday, which was frustrating but understandable. On Wednesday however after waiting for them all day they decided not to show up and did not call or answer any of my calls or texts. I did not receive a call until the next evening saying there was a family emergency and he promised to be there Saturday. Well I guess it is my fault for believing him because again he was a no show with no calls or responses to my calls. It is now almost 2 weeks since the initial visit and I have not heard from them and still have a hole in my wall. Please think twice before using this company! I have never experienced such horrific service in my life."

"Excellent. Ralph and Peter arrived on time both days, looked at what was requested and detailed their suggestions due to age and deterioration of pipes and fixtures. The new fixtures are much higher quality and corroded pipes were replaced, everything was wiped clean, vacuumed and received instructions on usage to ensure no issues. Rates quoted were very competitive especially given that they upgraded the fixtures and installed new pipes. I have already scheduled Ralph and Peter for my bathroom renovation in the fall and will use for all future plumbing needs."

"After having several referred plumbers previously come for a problem I had with my Navien combi-boiler no one was able to resolve it. I called Absolute Plumbing & Precision. David told me he would come as soon as possible. He arrived within a couple hours. He was understanding to the situation, assured me he would do whatever it took to solve it, and after hours of time spent he was able to pinpoint my issue. I feel very fortunate to have a plumber who is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate to my situation. During the initial visit, he stated that no permit was necessary beforehand, as the job was deemed an emergency repair. He assured me that the work would be done first, and the permit could be filed afterward. On the day of installation, he took precautions to protect the walls on the stairs from his dolly but left scratches and marks at higher levels when removing the old tank. Although the installation was completed in a day, the final inspection process stretched over six months (from May to October), primarily due to repeated permit issues, inspection failures, and inconsistent communication. Throughout this period, there were several challenges: Permitting Delays: Although Mr. Morton was responsible for filing the permit after the job, this process took approximately three weeks with repeated follow-ups to ensure it was properly submitted to the town for inspection scheduling. Inspection Failures: The installation failed three inspections. In each instance, the town inspector cited specific issues and provided clear guidance via email, outlining what was required to pass. The main issues included: Installation of an undersized expansion tank, not sufficient for the 75-gallon tank. Improper placement of the expansion tank, which required multiple relocations to comply with code. Visible cracks in the flue’s mortar after one repair, potentially causing safety concerns like CO leakage. Communication Challenges: There were frequent lapses in communication. For example, between July 24 and August 4, Mr. Morton did not respond to my calls or texts, requiring intervention from the town inspector. Afterward, he would sometimes miss scheduled appointments or fail to follow up as promised. Ultimately, the final inspection passed on October 2, 2024, following the fourth attempt. While Mr. Morton seems personable, I found that his handling of this job did not reflect his pricing or the expectations for professional plumbing services. He mentioned at times that he did not frequently handle installations of this type, which I feel would have been helpful to know upfront. For potential clients considering his services, my experience may serve as a useful reference to determine if his approach aligns with their needs and expectations."

"So I met the owner through a friend and decided to use him for our new furnace 1 year ago. Everything was installed. No haggling of prices or anything. He was unable to set up the thermostat, so I did that. He also was supposed to set up a filter...never did that. So moving forward, the AC stopped worked on a Sunday. I call him and let him know. Mind you the temp was about 90 with 85% humidity. He states **** let me know when he can come. He calls me the next day and stated he would need to order a part (hasn't't even checked the system yet). He arrives 3 days later with the part to repair something he had not looked at yet. He calls me and tells me the wiring was reversed on the machine. Really? How could that be since you installed it?? No response. So he leaves and I start monitoring the AC. It continues to run for hours and the temperature is not dropping. I text him pics and no response. I call and it goes to voicemail. As I'm waiting I decide to investigate my self. I raised the temperature on the thermostat to turn the system off and the blower was running continuously. He wired it wrong again!!! He became belligerent at this point and was asking "who do you think your talking to?" My response was very basic. The guy who installed this and was here today and fix it but didn't. Suffice it to say I called local source and had him come out the next morning. He replied the wiring was done incorrectly and fixed it. Jason you should be ashamed of yourself!!! Unprofessional, egotistical and simply rude! 06/19/2019 So just an update as this failure of a company continues to haunt my life. We are currently selling the house and there was an open permit. The permit was for an HVAC unit so I figured it was the one he put in. I scheduled an inspection and when the inspector got there, he stated this permit was back from 2007. So he essentially never even got permits to install the equipment and make sure it was code. I contacted Service Pro's and informed them of the situation and they came down and looked at everything. There was so many things installed improperly that the would have to schedule another day to come out and fix it all. $2500 later, all of it was installed properly and to code. Beware. He has also created different names for his companies with different cities. So Fort Lee, Edgewater, Cliffside Park, it is all the same outfit."
