Allowing Ken to be in my apartment while at work for the day is stress-free. He has all the equipment he needs. He takes precautions to make sure there is very little mess. "From start to finish, Victor did a wonderful job fixing our second floor bathroom. This is a large wet area with soaking tub and two showers, and was leaking into the ceiling below. He was able to quickly find the issue, propose a fix, and then finish the work in a most professional manner. This was a big job - it involved removing floor and wall tiles, installing a new waterproofing system throughout the 10ft x 10ft area, and retiling the entire area.
