"Ken has been great from the very beginning. When he says he's going to be at your house at 7:30 in the morning to do an estimate, he is there at 7:30. Allowing Ken to be in my apartment while at work for the day is stress-free. He has all the equipment he needs. He takes precautions to make sure there is very little mess. "I had a major tile installation of large format porcelain tiles and within a few months I noticed loose grout & cracking. I lost all confidence in the original installer. I was recommended AZRepairz by a friend. When I called at he company, the owner promptly showed up, and was very professional and knowledgeable. He analyzed the issue and concluded that the grout was breaking due to certain tiles that did not have a good bond and very tiny bit loose.
