When additional wood rot was found on top of the foundation, they were able to repair that as well without adding more time to the project. "Jack contacted us on the first day and agreed to meet with us after we filled out a form on Angie’s list to find a general contractor in our new hometown. It was immediately obvious that Jack and his son, Dom, knew what they were doing and so we were hopeful the estimate would fit into our budget. Within a week (which included speaking to some contractors that could not or would not do everything we were looking for) we signed a contract with Jack and they begin working within a short amount of time. Our original plan was just the tankless water heater, generator and bookshelves.
