Great job, very professional. Highly recommend. They installed a h eat pump mini split system to augment the undersized system put in the house by the former owners. As per the building inspector, he was impressed with the unlit of the materials they used. They helped us through the permitting process, as well. Definitely recommend Perfect Climate.

Overall good, have had a few issues that needed to be addressed, company always very responsive to come back out but wish we didn’t have to follow up.

Came quickly, was able to identify the problem, and resolve it.

The tech arrived late. The price they wanted to charge for a new home thermostat was outrageous--$465 plus $99.00 fee for the tevh to come out. I chose not to have them install the thermostat but paid the $99.00 service fee. Now I have received a bill saying I still owe the $99.00. The check has not cleared and it has been about 3 weeks. Whete is the chevk????

Joe was really great. He came out on short notice and took care of what needed to be done at a reasonable price. He did not replace a part unnecessarily as he could have done. I would definitely recommend him.

They actually came for an estimate, but were able to fix the problem - one breaker was tripped and didn't reset. They also fixed a water feed problem with my oil boiler, even though they do not work on oil fed systems.

I was very pleased with the service call I had with Jim. He couldn't have been nicer, and on a bad weather day was very respectful for the inside of my home. The review and servicing he did for my HVAC system was very thorough and informative. He even found some improvements and updates that can be done to help me. If you need HVAC work or service, Perfect Climate should be on your short list.

Excellent work. They ran a gas line along the along the outside of the house so I could install a gas stove/heater in my living room. No complaints at all.

Two toilets that did not flush. Initial estimate $175.00. Final bill $476.04, went I complained they reduced the bill by $75.00. This was a complete rip-off. The second toilet barely flushes. I just wanted this technician out of my home. Would not recommend ever.

They were very reasonably priced and the quality of their work was top notch. Joe and Frank were very kind and answered any question I had throughout the process. Their installers were also great.

This company came right away and found the problem and fixed the job right away. The only reason I gave a low rating is that he just showed up in my front door without an appointment and saying that his boss sent him. Since I was in a hurry to get it fixed and I saw a good rating from previous customers, I let him in and he did the job well. But would I hire him again - probably not. I'm not sure I can trust him.

We are in an old home in Red Bank built in 1933. Naturally, no existing duct work, plaster walls and tight spaces. Perfect Climate did an excellent job. It took them longer than anticipated, but the original quote was the final price. Great crew of guys were neat and considerate. The end result is excellent.

Joe was an absoloute pleasure to work with, I couldn't have selected a better contractor. He and his crew were very knowledgeable. They ran into some complexed situations working in "this old house" in Red. I asked a lot of questions, they politely took time to talk me through things to make me understand. They never wavered in trying to satisfy me in explaining all that I asked. Oh, I would so highly recommend Joe S. and his entire crew...they were awesome! Have already recommended Perfect Climate to a co-worker, as she just so happen to be looking for a contractor that installs central air. Two thumbs up for a job well-done!

Superb work on the new boiler and hot water heater install. The house did not have any gas and the work to install the gas lines were great. The extensions to my grill , stove, and dryer were excellent. The second zone was challenging due to the age of the house and it took some extra effort but the end result is exactly what we wanted. I will certainly use them again.

First of all he came on time and did his work when he said he would do it. His crew is polite and works clean. The best part was that he listened to us. We asked him to put ducts in difficult places so we do not see them. He understood our needs and complied. We had two other estimates. The other two wanted to do the work their way only. We recommend him highly.

Excellent service. Pleasant personnel. A liitle expensive but as they say you get what you pay for. Some follow up busineess has been agreed to.

The service call was quick as the thermostat just needed batteries. Paying the $100 (Service call plus $15 for first fifteen minutes) was painful but that's the price to pay for ignorance. The serviceman was very professional
