Mike came out gave us an estimate to remove the debris, replace the liner and install a winter cover at the end of the summer, Mike never wavered from his original price quote despite the complicated clean up he encountered. He was always professional, always on time and was in constant communication via phone or text. Our pool liner was installed and it is absolutely beautiful. We also needed a new filter, a cost that I did not expect! Mike installed the new filter and allowed me to pay off the cost of the filter over 2 months. Where do you find service like this? "Excellent. I needed a new base for the pool equipment which was not level. In addition, I wanted to have the pool completely renovated-new plaster/gunite. Went with Diamond Brite for the Aggregate Finish. The company works as a team led by the owner Kevin. The work was done on schedule. The company kept all moving along well. The communication was good-I was always able to reach someone whether it was Kevin or the office manager Elizabeth. The individuals working for S&R know their jobs and were able to provide helpful suggestions to improve all whether it was the equipment or the pool itself."
