"The unit I had purchased from Home Depot had a piece missing, this was noticed by Easy Flow and I returned it to store for a new one. Once again, Easy Flow inspected the new unit and recommended I return it as it seemed the unit was previously installed and removed before being returned to the store. I finally picked up the third unit with a Home Depot employee verifying that it was brand new and Easy Flow installed it. I appreciate that Easy Flow remained while I went through the return process.

"I got them through Angie's List and they were fine.  I don't remember what they charged, but I remember thinking that it was ... it seemed to me a fair price for the amount of time that they spent.  I didn't have any complaints about them.  I'm gonna say the several times that we've used them was like an hour to two, no more.  They also installed faucets and two different sinks and I would say that was about two years ago.  I would say they were A overall.  In general, I'm satisfied with them.  I would say they did exactly what I wanted them to do, plus the amount of time spent on it was very reasonable. "

"Everyone was just great!  These guys are on the ball!  They have a nice granite selection and we were able to find a very large remnant piece of granite that was lovely.  They came out 3 days later to make the template,  4 days later we were able to go back to check the placement of the template on the granite, and 5 days after that - it was installed.  They shaped a lovely edge and we are happy with the sinks they stocked.  
Both times they came to the house, they called ahead and arrived on time.  They worked carefully, everything fits just right.  We are very pleased.  And it cost almost 1/2 of what Home Depot wanted and with less hassles.  We would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to neighbors.

"I showed Moe the dryer that I have and told him that the gas line needs to be moved so that the door that was next to the dryer can open and close. Moe recommended a different hook up for my dryer that would not require moving the gas line. His recommendation saved me money. Moe also changed the stems in the bathroom sink and caulked around the sink. He did a great job."

"I have well water and my water was staining my toilets & bathtub- basically everything. I called Ultra Pure and they sent a very nice man, Al, to come test my water. He explained everything to me so it was easy to understand & showed me what systems I needed. Turns out my well water has very low pH and he installed a system for the entire house to fix it. Now all my water is more alkaline. He also put a water purification system at my sink so I have water that I use for drinking, cooking, washing my veggies. I feel safer drinking my water now. I don’t have to buy bottled water anymore which I like. I’m so happy because all of it was very affordable with my fixed income. Now I don’t have to worry about trying to clean stains and be embarrassed when I have people come over to use my bathroom.
