"The unit I had purchased from Home Depot had a piece missing, this was noticed by Easy Flow and I returned it to store for a new one. Once again, Easy Flow inspected the new unit and recommended I return it as it seemed the unit was previously installed and removed before being returned to the store. I finally picked up the third unit with a Home Depot employee verifying that it was brand new and Easy Flow installed it. I appreciate that Easy Flow remained while I went through the return process.

Moe recommended a different hook up for my dryer that would not require moving the gas line. His recommendation saved me money. Moe also changed the stems in the bathroom sink and caulked around the sink. He did a great job."
