"Where do I start? Susan got back to me very quickly and responsively over email and telephone, and was even able to stop by the same day to show us flooring. Which, by the way, happened to be a Friday night at around 8:00 p.m. After showing us a few floors and offering options we were on our way. She was able to offer advice about how to (not to scam) but to get the rest of our floor covered under our insurance claim. Insurance providers only offered the bare minimum in floor replacement, but Susan with her knowledge was able to advise that the insurance company should be covering more of the floor due to the spec and knowledge of what was here.
