I chose to go with the Navien NCB-240E unit to replace both water heater and boiler since both were at or near the end of service life. Installation was scheduled for about 2 weeks later, and Paul's crew show up on time, and proceeded to make quick work of the demo, in a clean and safe manner. The new Navien unit hangs on a wall, and after spending the rest of the day repiping and rewiring, I was pleasantly surprised to see all the free space where my old units used to reside, and the extremely neat and compact installation now condensed in a small corner of my basement. Very please with the efficiency, cleanliness and professionalism of Paul's crew, and would definitely hire them again."

"I am a returning customer. Tim and co did a stellar job installing my water softener. At the time when he gave me the quote for the softener, he also included a separate quote for a Reverse osmosis (RO) unit. At that time, I just did the softener with out the RO, thinking I would continue getting bottled water as I did. Fast forward to last week, I can no longer buy water in the larger 2.5 gallon cans due to high demand during the COVID 19 situation. The softener that Tim put has been working flawlessly for the last 2 years and I called NMP again to enquire about adding the RO system. They were very nice and still honored the original quote and got it done promptly. They gave me the option to install a separate faucet near the sink or have the water dispensed from the refrigerator. I chose the latter. I am glad I no longer need to depend on the stores for drinking water. Given the sudden high demand, NMP could have easily done price gouging if they were greedy. But they did not. 2nd time I used Affordable Rooter at my house.  1st time was just to clear a clogged drain.  This time was for a leaking drain and vent pipe that were improperly installed by the previous owner.  Both time I used him he showed up on time, was responsive and did clean / neat work.  This was a rather difficult spot to work inside the cabinet, but was able to do everything without having to pull the cabinet / countertop or backsplash apart which was important for me.

"Everyone was just great!  These guys are on the ball!  They have a nice granite selection and we were able to find a very large remnant piece of granite that was lovely.  They came out 3 days later to make the template,  4 days later we were able to go back to check the placement of the template on the granite, and 5 days after that - it was installed.  They shaped a lovely edge and we are happy with the sinks they stocked.  
Both times they came to the house, they called ahead and arrived on time.  They worked carefully, everything fits just right.  We are very pleased.  And it cost almost 1/2 of what Home Depot wanted and with less hassles.  We would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to neighbors.

"I showed Moe the dryer that I have and told him that the gas line needs to be moved so that the door that was next to the dryer can open and close. Moe recommended a different hook up for my dryer that would not require moving the gas line. His recommendation saved me money. Moe also changed the stems in the bathroom sink and caulked around the sink. He did a great job."

He explained everything to me so it was easy to understand & showed me what systems I needed. Turns out my well water has very low pH and he installed a system for the entire house to fix it. Now all my water is more alkaline. He also put a water purification system at my sink so I have water that I use for drinking, cooking, washing my veggies. I feel safer drinking my water now.
