It's easy to see that Bob runs a business where customer satisfaction is the top priority. I contacted him whenever I needed; never did I spend hours or days waiting for a reply. Communication was rapid and painless. He followed through on every agreement and commitment he made. Although the work was not perfect initially, he was quick to make amends and see that we were 100% satisfied. Work included having to prep walls that I removed wallpaper myself from unprofessionally, and they made them look new again! They were organized, clean and even used a HEPA vacuum (managing dust). They worked quickly, yet professionally every day and performed every agreed upon step as contracted.
