He special ordered the glass I needed and promptly replaced the glass on the day we agreed on . He showed up promptly to his appointments and is reliable. He did an excellent job replacing the glass with ease and it is perfect and looks great. He works quickly , thoroughly and neatly. I am very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him. "It all went well -- my previous comments pretty much explain the story.  
The few negative comments I have (which I reported to them) are that a basement window was left open (it's wintertime!) and a couple of interior doors that had been removed from their hinges were not re-installed.  They offered to come back and install them at a later date.
The best test for the quality of the company and the work is yet to be determined - after a heavy rain.  Stay tuned on this."
