He actually saved us money because he diagnosed that we didn't need to replace the shower door hinges, just the gasket. We also had him recaulk the shower and do some touch up in the bathroom and the kitchen. In fact we liked him so much we had him come back a few weeks later and do some additional tile work for us. When he was finished, it was hard to tell the window had been removed from the frame.
