"Bo is the absolute nicest contractor we have ever met. He was great at explaining what repairs needed to be done and exactly how he was going to tackle them. We hired Bo for grout repair, caulking/sealing and to fix our glass shower door. His work is meticulous, our corner shower looks new again and Bo addressed our biggest concerns about preventing water from leaking to the first floor ceiling. "Not happy at all with follow up. Estimate done in early October. Written Estimate received 10/14 via email. Every phone call had to be initiated by us the customer. Work was not started until 12/21/20. Price was very expensive for demo of the small shower, shower pan and concrete and installation of tiles that I purchased. Shower door will be provided by glass company that I will pay directly. Almost a $10,000 job just for a small shower which includes my $1,300 purchase of tiles and approximate price of $1,200 for the glass shower door. Owner not very good at communicating and was not on the job at all. His workers were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves but job was simple and average. Very pricey for a small job with average outcome. Waiting for return of workers after the holidays to install several pieces of bull nose that were broken and had to be replaced and for grouting to be completed."

"Alex is a true craftsman, his knowledge and attention to detail was amazing. He's very meticulous and took the time to do things correctly. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of windows and how to take them apart, replace the glass and put them back together. When he was finished, it was hard to tell the window had been removed from the frame. If you are looking for someone to repair windows, casement in my case, I would definitely recommend getting a quote from Alex and Wet Seal. And he replaced the glass for a fraction of replacing the whole window"

"The process was much faster than expected even with supply line delays. They were able to come in a month early and it took them a day and a half to put in 23 new windows into my house. I was skeptical about vinyl windows but I have found my home temperatures much more consistent in both hot and cold weather. One of the biggest surprises was the difference in sound between our original single pain windows and these. Our busy neighborhood is much quieter when all the windows are closed. My wife was the most critical of the vinyl look and while she still wishes she had true divided light wood windows… she is the first to admit that doing the windows were a good decision. We found them to be a good product that was more cost effective and their appearance was a great improvement on our old windows and screens. Clearly… we are very happy with the results and happy we picked Power Home remodeling."
