"Basement Gurus arrived to discuss our basement water issue. Dan patiently went over everything and listened to our concerns and answered our questions. He prepared a proposal to remove 4' of our patio and dig down to the foundation to waterproof the wall and fill the cracks from outside. He also suggested burying a downspout and pipe leading water away from the house and sealing the wall cracks on the inside basement wall. The team arrived as scheduled and worked incredibly hard for several hours a day. They were impressive in the system they followed and how much work they performed each day and were respectful of us and our property. By the end of the job everything was back in place. We wish the expense wasn't necessary, but felt the price was worth it due to the difficulty, the amount, and the quality of the work. We highly recommend Basement Gurus!!"

"If you’re looking for work done the right way. AFS is who to call. I had an emergency repair needing done on UTC campus and that day Mike came out and gave a quote and scheduled service that day. And let me tell you when the Mattgican ( Matthew Martin) and the Parrbear ( Parris Houchins) showed up on the job ( exactly when scheduled) they went straight to work and did such a fantastic job explaining what they were doing and why I knew I made the right choice in calling AFS. "Customer service was on point. They came when they said they would, they did what they said they would. No hassle, no games. I had a foundation crack in my basement wall which was leaking every time it rained. They came on time (and it was snowing) for the free consultant. Estimate was provided on the spot. They came on time to do the job and did exactly as was described/on the contract. We then had a heavy rain storm the weekend after and the basement is dry."

"Mostly everything went as well as could be hoped. Because the existing concrete was far deeper than expected a big jackhammer had to be brought in and this added an extra day to the job. I will give the pros and cons. 
Cons: Picking color and pattern from a website is incredibly difficult. It really is. Until it was done there were real nerves about that.
Pro:  The Color Stamp Concrete team have a great eye for this however and helped enormously. It turned out beautiful. It butts up right next to another patio I have that is all herringbone EPH pavers and frankly this looks nicer, has far less maintenance and will stay beautiful longer than my pavers. 
Cons: When the whole thing was actually going to start.. updates, contacting..not the best at communication at times.
Pros: Honestly, what difference does a day or two make with a patio I will have for years and years. Once they did start they worked like crazy to get everything just right. I have nothing but positive to say about their work ethic and their team. Fred may not be the warm and fuzziest contractor that you've ever had, but his work ethic is fantastic, his honesty and attention to detail is great, and he is absolutely driven to make everything exceed expectations. I don't think you can go wrong with these guys and I have referred them to several people.

"Jamie and Raymone did an outstanding job leveling my sinking slab. All drilling and pumping was done in the grout area between my floor tiles. Not one tile was cracked. Holes were filled and dust was cleaned up. The whole first floor took about two hours. They worked very quickly and efficiently. They really knew what they were doing and did a fantastic job. It is amazing how easily this product corrected my sinking slab. I would highly recommend them."
