I have been very satisfied with the quality of the work.  The house is sided with cedar shakes.  The paint lasts about 9 to 10 years before requiring a recoat.  (The trim lasts about half that interval.)  Very little peeling occurs in that interval; the trim has always been the worst offender.  The house is power washed in preparation.  Primer is used as required.  Spray equipment is used to apply the paint.   The paint is applied evenly without any runs.  Overspray is basically non-existent.

The workmen arrive when scheduled.  Rich, the owner is there during the beginning of the job and periodically during the job.  His foreman is there during the entire job.

The crew was careful and worked continuously to complete the job in very warm weather. A third coat was necessary to for the light stain over a dark stain, a service provided at the original quoted price, which I considered quite reasonable.
