What was also important was that we had an electrician doing work at the same time and Joe worked harminously with him. Very accurate with the execution. The job (painting a whole apartment) took longer than expected but that's because Joe had much more patch work filling holes/ preparing walls. Joe took great care touching up the apartment to finish off the job. We spoke after everyday - he wanted to ensure that we were happy with the progress. Reasonable value - Joe's quote was very competitive but the differentiator was he used higher quality paints and would do 3 coats in some areas to get the finish he wanted.
