"Great team that did a high quality job. Floor looks great, trim looks great. Would definitely recommend and will use them again."

"I had a bathroom remodel that went badly so I needed help to fix the poor workmanship. Bryan sent the right man for the job, made the repairs, regrouted the floor, and fixed what was needed to make the job look so much better, at a reasonable price. I would recommend Bryan's for quality work."

"The contractors were pleasant to work with. Long project, but very happy with result."

"Santo was professional and did amazing work. He did everything from laying the tile floor to custom designing a radiator cover. His availability was better than any contractor I have ever worked with and I could call him at anytime if I had any questions. His pricing was very reasonable and I would highly recommend him to absolutely anyone. I will definitely be using Fiorino Custom homes for future projects."

"We had a great experience with the Lux Renovations and Owens Corning team. The whole process was very easy from designing the space, selecting colors, and having a contract manager who organized the entire basement remodel including all the trades and inspections. We were sold on the Owens Corning materials for the basement and that they were engineered specifically for a basement space. Would highly recommend this team for your basement remodel needs."

"I highly recommend this company Heartland Village General Contracting Handyman Services of Staten Island, N.Y. Harvey the owner & his excellent team were professional, punctual & attentative to every detail in building my beautiful handicap TREX brown boards & Grey metal railings ramp to my front door. This fantastic company also closed in my screen house for the rain & possibly snow cold winter months with this beautiful design of Plexiglass. His team also completed odd jobs of installing two door bells, replaced damaged tiles in my kitchen & installed tinting sheets on four kitchen windows which I love. Thank you Harvey & your professional team of excellence. Sue M. - Staten Island 9/12/25"

"This is the 2nd time we’ve used TQ contracting, once for a bathroom remodel, once for a bedroom remodel. Five stars each time! Very fast, professional and did great work. Highly recommended and will use them again."

"Excellent customer service. Well planned and no deviation from the original design plan. Help you at every step especially in getting township approvals.Highly skilled workers and finish the job on time , neat and clean. Inform you about the schedule well in advance and accommodate changes per your need. Inspect at each and every stage to make sure it meets the customer expectations. I give 5 out of 5 for this company .A major portion of the payment is taken only when the project is complete which is nice about them.they kept the pathways , driveways, stairs neat through out the work and no hassle for the homeowners. I am gonna hire them for future works. Love Basic basement co.,"
