"Our furnace failed on a rather cold day. We called Arctic Air Conditioning and they sent a technician the same morning. The system was ~30 year old, and we know we needed to replace. Once we confirmed that the furnace is not salvageable, they sent an advisor, Chris, to do the measurement and gave an estimate. Chris was able to arrange the installation in 2 days. The team came and completed the work as expected. The work was done in about 5 hours: removal of the old gas furnace & AC unit, installation of new units and new thermostat. They made sure we inspect their work, and showed us how the furnace works. The AC will need to be fully charged when the weather is warmer. A couple things to know is that the utility rebate is small and not worth taking into purchase decision. The Lennox thermostat works well, but the phone app does not work (rated extremely poorly on app store), so don't bother. We picked the better upgrade, which is reflected in the project cost."

"Kenny and his crew were both professional and very knowledgeable. The work quality was excellent I would highly recommend them for your ac/ and heating needs"

"Marc was able to fit us in a several days after the original call, but then called 2 days later to say he had a cancellation and was able to come that same day which was very accommodating and great ! Crew arrived on time. Air duct cleaning was done first and quite thoroughly. Benjamin (and his assistant) was very knowledgeable and professional, cleaned everything and vacuumed afterwards, and there was no debris left after they were done. He even showed some before and after pictures of the return vents and how dirty they used to be, which was helpful. Next was the dryer vent cleaning, Benjamin did an outstanding job, he went into the attic to inspect the vent pipe and was able to find and fix the opening size to the correct vent pipe size. He also found blockage and wet lint blocking the dryer vent hose, so I asked for the hose to be replaced. He replaced the hose with a much better grade hose. He also inspected the dryer itself and it had a lot of lint inside the dryer around the bottom of the front lint screen, so he offered to vacuum all the lint from the dryer itself which was great ! Everything took about 3 hours or so. All in all I'm very satisfied with the job and would definitely recommend and hire them and Benjamin again."

"This company did an amazing job in my hose. Replacing ac/heater/coil and installing filters. They did an extra work and repairs of air flow system at no charge!!! The estimate given was 2000-3000 less than other companies I've called. The outside work was perfect -- stones were placed around the unit!!! AMAZING work. Reasonable prices. I had no problems with passing our township inspection. Highly recommend. Very easy to deal with."

"The workers were clean, professional, and efficient. I would recommend this company to ANYONE that needs their air ducts or dryer vent cleaned. The staff in the office were also efficient and professional. All in all it was a excellent experience"

"I wish there were a rating higher than 5...that's how good they were. Alex S. & Dimitri were professional, courteous, timely and explained every step. I used them to clean out the dryer vent, but will also be hiring this company to clean out the air conditioning vents as well."

"We also installed a new air conditioning unit along with the new furnace. I"

"Thanks Mark for cleaning my dryer, air vents and ducts. You were very respectful of my house, thorough and explains to me what you were doing and helping me understand what you’re trying to accomplish. I think you worked above and beyond. You even made a video because obviously I cannot be watching you and be at the attic where my HVAC unit. And I thank you for that- you are trustworthy!"
