They also use a smart text system to inform the ETA of Keith and the crew. Of course, we can call or email the office too. The office manager Amy knows the process very well. Amy was very sweet and polite during all our contacts, and she returned our calls very promptly. The service manager Jake was also easily accessible. The Journeyman Aaron, and other technicians Robert and Trevor were all knowledgeable, worked hard without taking a break and were polite and followed our request to wear a mask all the time when they were inside the home. We can tell that everyone has been with the company for a while and is happy to continue working in this company.
