WHat made the difference was the salesman, JoeNegrey. his sincerity to work with me, to explain the job, to listen to my financial sittation. I am 77 years old, and unemployed since 3/11/29, so money is tight. MY project is divided into 3 parts, first the roof, then Windows and siding, last its the patio. Joe was the only salesman who went up in the attics and saw the wood. That had to be replaced, his estimate included the plywood which gave me an honest cost for the job. All the other contractors estimates had hidden expenses. Joe sold the job with professionalism and personality."

"Closet expansion!! I don’t normally do reviews, but I had to share my experience with this company. OUTSTANDING WORK! Dan and Joe demolished 2 walls and rebuilt them in one day including sheet rock. From there Kyle took over the project spackling, painting and hanging the barn door. All of their work was super neat, clean, and meticulous. Frank was my salesman, and he was great. Price was very fair. John’s communication was constant and always appreciated. I also appreciated that he walked the job before and after to make sure I was happy with what I was getting. Better than any other contractor I’ve used in the past. Ten out of ten, a must hire company."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I met with and recieved three quotes for this job. I usually go with the middle quote, but from this experience, Seamless Gutters came in at the lowest extimate by (I believe) $200. Their professionalism was top notch. They were very punctual. Very considerate. This job went without any issues. All work was done within specified timeframe. It's now ~4 years later and the work is still good. I've had no gutter issues.
The only negative (which I'm not sure it is, or maybe I should have said something) But the cutters on the 2nd floor roofing cut off and don't go directly into the water catching gutters. I was told that this could create more wear and tear on my roof? Again, not sure as I've had no issues. But the work itself is stable and strong and does the job.

"The job was estimated to take about 6 days. Bad weather caused some delays, but not counting the weather delays, the job finished right on time. To make up for the lost days, they worked on Saturday and Sunday in order to finish. This was a good thing as more bad weather was on the way. All of the crew was easy to get along with and worked very hard. They listened to any concerns I had about the work and were quick to address any issues. They left the work site clean. Luis was very knowedgeable about the requirements of working with cedar, which was a big concern of mine. Due to the age and condition of the siding, the finished results are a bit uneven. However, I am ok with this as the alternative would have been a much more costly replacement of all of the cedar siding. The look is much better now than things were before. The most noticable areas were where the old cedar was replaced with new. The new cedar is much lighter that the older pieces. Also, the hole paches, are noticiable, but they went to great lengths to try and stain and match the the color. I'm guessing that over time as the cedar weathers, the differences will get smaller. Overall, I'm really happy."
