He appreciated the retro look and did not want to destroy it. He recommended removing the old grout in the shower, which was the worst area, and regrouting it. He saved me about $7,500.00! He talked me into laying out the 12 x 24" tiles in a stacked bond pattern when I had been thinking of a running bond pattern. It looked good, plus was a more efficient use of the tile."
